Property developers target golf clubs

Property developers have made approaches to buy two more golf clubs in prime residential areas of Dublin.

Clontarf and the Rathfarnham-based Edmondstown golf clubs confirmed that they had held talks with property developers who want to buy out the members and redevelop the land for housing.
