Profit of €1.9m for Dublin software firm

Changing Worlds, a Dublin software firm that won the DHL Exporter of the Year award last year, made a pre-tax profit of €1.9 million in 2005, as sales rose almost 50 per cent to €7 million.

Changing Worlds, a Dublin software firm that won the DHL Exporter of the Year award last year, made a pre-tax profit of €1.9 million in 2005, as sales rose almost 50 per cent to €7 million.

The company was founded in 1999 as a campus company at University College Dublin (UCD), and turned profitable in 2004, when it had turnover of €4.8 million and made a pre-tax profit of €1.4 million.
