An investigation into the death of a nursing home patient who choked to death while tied to a therapeutic chair is close to completion.
Hannah Comber, a 75-year-old from Charleville, Co Cork, died at the Heatherside Hospital near Doneraile in Cork in June 2006. However,an investigation set up by the Health Service Executive (HSE) has been delayed because of legal issues.
