Simon Stokes, one of the twin brothers behind Bang Cafe¤ and The Clarendon, has been granted planning permission to open a private members club on St Stephen’s Green.

Dublin City Council has granted permission to allow him convert 41 St Stephen’s Green from offices into a members’ club.
