The printing business has had to change its focus in recent years - and global firm Hewlett-Packard is leading the way, writes Sheila Ryan.

The printing business is under pressure from reduced economic activity, downward pressure on costs and digitisation.

However, rumours of 'the death of printing' have been greatly exaggerated.

While the percentage of documents that are printed is definitely not what it used to be, the volume of information is increasing all the time and people still like to hold some of their documents in their hands.
