A site extending to about 4.6 acres in Dublin’s north docklands has been put up for sale with a guide price of €120 million, on the instruction of statutory receiver David Carson.
The site, dubbed Project Waterfront, has planning permission for 420 apartments and a city centre office campus of almost 28,000 metres (in excess of 300,000 square feet).
