Prices have been cut at the latest phase of Kensington Lodge, a development of 82 apartments and four houses on Rochestown Avenue in Dun Laoghaire.

When the scheme first went on the market last June, one-bedroom apartments started at €350,000, but are now available from€295,000.These units range in size from 54 to 66 square metres.
