Price for golf resort drops to €7 million
There is a strong appetite for prime Dublin hotels, but outside the capital things are slower, writes Michelle Devane.
CB Richard Ellis has slashed the asking price of the Blarney Golf Resort in Co Cork to €7 million in a bid to boost interest in the property.
The resort has been on the market since 2008, and in that time has had its asking priced reduced from €20 million to €12 million, to now, €7 million. It is for sale on the instructions of receiver Billy O'Riordan of PriceWaterhouseCoopers.
