Pressure on PDs as the selection process nears

The Progressive Democrats will kickoff their selection conventions for the next general election in the Dun Laoghaire-Rathdown constituency on September 14.

A rejuvenated Fine Gael could put some pressure on the sittingTDfor the PDs,Fiona O'Malley, though a bitter dog-fight in this five-seater is expected between Green Party TD Ciaran Cuffe and Fine Gael's likely contender, councillor John Bailey.
