Increasing pressure is being placed on Dún Laoghaire- Rathdown County Council to reduce commercial rates for businesses following the decisions by neighbouring Dublin City Council and South Dublin County Council to reduce them. But county manager Owen Keegan has said that he will not be recommending a rate cut.
