Hotel-management company Prem Group is close to buying a 150-bedroom hotel in Liege, Belgium.
Hotel-management company Prem Group is close to buying a 150-bedroom hotel in Liege, Belgium.
The group is also close to acquiring hotels in Berlin, Hamburg, Amsterdam and Poland as part of a €400million acquisition and investment programme.
It has already bought two hotels in Antwerp, Belgium, where it is planning another 200-bedroom four-star hotel.
