Precinct will not block Jurys sale
Precinct has told Jurys Doyle that it will not stop the sale of the group's 4.84-acre site in Ballsbridge, Dublin 4,to developer Seán Dunne, The Sunday Business Post has learned.
The decision by Precinct shareholders Bryan Cullen, JJ Murphy and Dave Coleman not to block the sale means that Dunne is not now likely to proceed with a rival bid for the hotel chain. He had lined up plans for a bid if the new owners sought to block his purchase of the Ballsbridge site.
