Homebuyers lose out as receivers turn from single apartment sales following slowdown in the sector

Sales of multi-family apartment portfolios look set to gather momentum over the coming months, despite hopes in some quarters that they would be replaced by individual sales. Earlier in the year at least one receiver opted for a break-up sale, thus presenting opportunities for both home buyers and smaller investors to acquire flats.
