Portfolio boost sets market up to surpass 2006 record
The release of Nama's latest Dublin portfolio means the property market is on track to hit a value of Euro 4 billion this year, writes Donal Buckley.
The value of investment activity in Irish property this year looks set to reach a record €4 billion following Nama’s announcement that it will bring five Irish property portfolios, with a combined value of approximately €600 million, to the market in this the final quarter of the year.
