Licensed and leisure property specialists Lisney (incorporating Morrisseys) has been instructed to bring the renowned Ardboyne Hotel and wedding venue to the market for sale by private treaty with a guide price of €3.5 million.
The well-known and popular hotel premises is being offered on behalf of the Cusack family, who have traded successfully on the site for the past 15 years.
