Irish businesses could be losing hundreds of millions of euro each year due to poor service by telecoms suppliers, according to a new study.

The study, which was carried out in Ireland and Britain by Professor Merlin Stone on behalf of telecommunications firm Cable & Wireless, identified key failings in the industry in terms of service delivery.
