Airtel ATN, the London-quoted software firm chaired by former tanaiste Dick Spring, is considering its future after reporting poor results.

The company, which is quoted on the Ofex market, said it was “reviewing all strategic options'‘ after its turnover fell to £368,555 (€532,444) in the year to the end of June, from £425,957 a year earlier.

The company had an accumulated loss of £1.9 million at the end of June, and shareholders' funds...
