The High Court has ordered a Polish telecoms company to put up €1.5 million in security for legal costs if it wants to challenge a €268 million arbitration award.

Telekomunikacja Polska SA (TPSA) was ordered to pay €268,052,448, plus interest and costs, to Danish Polish Telecommunication Group (DPTG) after an "exceedingly complex" nine-year arbitration in Vienna, Austria.
