High-spec homes include hardwiring for exterior power points to charge electric vehicles

Show houses are open today at Silken Park in Citywest, west Dublin where Durkan Residential has released the third phase of 35 two, three and four-bedroom homes for sale.

The new development of 60 family homes is just off the Naas Road, at the Kinsgwood exit, and the launch is being handled by agent Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL).

At a €249,950 starting point, the two-bedroom mid-terraced homes come with a study and span some 84 square metres.
