It may be frustrating to hear, but many house-hunters today will not find their property within the next two years.

Last week was certainly another interesting one for the Irish property market. RTE's Prime Time programme attempted to shine a light on the real state of the market, identifying areas of opportunity for home-buyers asking the big question, Is now the right time to buy?'
