Small firms really don't get how to use the internet.

No other conclusion is possible, looking at the results of an extensive survey carried out by Chambers Ireland and ComReg (available on chambers.ie).

A total of 611 companies told us they can't be bothered with internet commerce. VoIP? They've ever heard of it. Online banking? Not for them. Looking for government tenders online? Nah, let someone else take that.
