Plans to create more than 1,000 jobs will be announced in the coming weeks, with more than ten multinational companies set to make significant investment announcements.

The multinational sector continues to buck the recession, particularly in technology and business services, with falling costs credited with attracting investment to Ireland. So far this year, almost 30 international companies have made investment announcements, with the potential to create around 3,000 jobs.
