An Bord Pleanála will come under pressure to explain why it refused permission for a controversial incinerator project at Ringaskiddy in Cork when a High Court challenge by waste firm Indaver begins tomorrow.

Indaver is expected to claim that the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) had advised that any flooding and erosion issues at the site could be addressed using engineering solutions.
