The deadline for entries for the National Planning Awards 2005, which will take place in November in Dublin, is the middle of August. The awards are sponsored by Tesco Ireland and the Heritage Council. There are three categories – the Planning Achievement award, the Urban Design award and the Planning Achievement in Conservation award. A study, scheme or development must have been completed after January 2002.
