A wealthy Dublin businessman will tomorrow launch a multimillion euro counter-claim against building firm Pierse Construction, in a row being dubbed by locals the ‘Battle of Ballymun’.

Kenneth White, who is based in Harcourt Street, is suing the construction company in the High Court in a case that centres on the €2.5 billion redevelopment of Ballymun in north Dublin.
