Voice solutions company Phonovation has invested €500,000 in network expansion to increase the company’s call handling and SMS capacity.
Voice solutions company Phonovation has invested €500,000 in network expansion to increase the company’s call handling and SMS capacity.
Between May and October, Phonovation invested in additional hardware, hosting and staff to increase the capacity on its network by 50 per cent.
The company’s integrated SMS and interactive voice response (IVR) service can now answer 2,100 calls simultaneously and send 650,000 texts per hour on behalf of clients.
