The Bradley's pharmacy chain made an operating profit of €1.45 million last year, but went into the red after paying interest and tax and writing down the value of its assets.
Pagni Pharmacies, the holding company for the Irish-owned chain of pharmacies, had turnover of €24 million in the year to the end of February 2011, down from €25 million the previous year. The group had a net debt of €20 million.
