Russian-focused oil and gas exploration company PetroNeft has announced it will re-commence drilling at its Licence 61 in the Tomsk Oblast region.

PetroNeft will re-commence drilling in Russia with a €45m campaign

Russian-focused oil and gas exploration company PetroNeft has announced it will re-commence drilling at its Licence 61 in the Tomsk Oblast region.

In an operational update, the company said it had repaid all debt due to Macquarie Bank and Arawak Energy, leaving the company debt-free.

The $45 million drilling campaign will include the placement of two drilling crews and a seismic team to work at the company’s licensed areas.
