Darragh MacAnthony, the 31-year-old Dublin-born businessman who has bought Peterborough United FC, expects to sell 20,000 overseas properties this year.
MacAnthony is the founder and chairman of MRI Overseas Property, which claims to have sold more than €1.7 billion worth of properties this year.
The firm sold 11,000 properties last year, but MacAnthony expects that figure to almost double this year.
