Permission sought to develop Dublin 4 site

Developer Jerry O’Reilly and property consultant David Courtney have applied for planning permission to develop the Faculty Building site on Shelbourne Road in Ballsbridge, Dublin 4, which they bought in May for just under €35.9 million.
