Capel Developments is to apply for planning permission for a €50 million development on the site of the former Sunday World newspaper printing press site in Terenure, Dublin 6W. The company is seeking to build 95 apartments, nearly 440 square metres of retail space and just under 420 square metres of offices on the 1.16 acre site.
