Property developer William Neville & Sons has been refused planning permission for a €200 million scheme that it was planning for Tullyvale in Cherrywood, Loughlinstown, south Dublin.

The company had been planning to build nine apartment blocks of between three and eight storeys on an 11.75-acre site overlooking Druid Valley Park. A letter accompanying the application stated that the proposal formed ‘‘an integral part of what will become the new town centre of Cherrywood’’....
