A man who walked out of his workplace, after being accused of stealing €150,000, has been awarded €25,000 compensation for the loss of his job and unfair dismissal.
The Employment Appeals decision in the case of John Finan v Kenneth Dunleavy, T/A Dunleavy Engineering, is currently being appealed to the Circuit Court, and a hearing is expected in the coming weeks.
