The redevelopment of the eastern side of Pembroke Road in Ballsbridge in Dublin 4 has taken a step forward following the application to demolish the five-storey Berkeley Court apartment block between the Berkeley Court and Towers hotels.

The block of 16 apartments is part of the seven-acre site acquired by developer Sean Dunne for €380million.
