Pelé hones in on Irish merchandise market

A new range of sportswear endorsed by legendary Brazilian footballer Pele´ has been introduced to Ireland, writes Nicola Cooke.

It is being stocked in 15 sports stores nationwide, and Irish distributors are in talks with larger sports multiples about expanding the line into these outlets.

Pele´ Sports clothing and footwear is the first range of products that have been co-designed and endorsed by the triple World Cup-winning Brazilian.
