PCH International offshoot buys Australian distributor

A subsidiary of Irish company PCH International has acquired Australian distribution company Conexus for an undisclosed amount.

A subsidiary of Irish company PCH International has acquired Australian distribution company Conexus for an undisclosed amount.

TNS Distribution, a part of the company entrepreneur Liam Casey set up in 1996, acquired the distributor of consumer and IT products to the retail, reseller, lifestyle and online markets in Australia and the Asia-Pacific region.

The acquisition of Conexus is the first step in a number of potential acquisitions to build out TNS' global distribution strategy, said PCH.
