A 2,914 square-metre office building at the Fingal Bay business park in Balbriggan has been let to the Passport Production Facility at a rent of about €199 per square metre.
Letting agent Paddy Earley of Hamilton Osborne King said that the area's transport infrastructure had proved attractive to the new tenant. The M1 motorway links the scheme to the M50, Dublin and Belfast.
