Park pays €35m for former Dell centre

Property developer Michael Cotter’s company Park Developments has paid more than €35 million for the former Dell call centre in Bray, Co Wicklow.

9th December, 2006

Property industry sources said that it was likely that Park would seek planning permission to develop shops and apartments on the site. The site of just over 9.5 acres is partly zoned for ‘‘employment uses’’ under the Bray development plan. The remainder of the property lies within the Co Wicklow local authority area, and is zoned for ‘‘appropriate industrial warehouse and large-scale retail warehousing’’ under its development plan.
