A company behind 12 of the 24 Pamela Scott fashion shops has gone into examinership following a petition by its owner in the High Court.

Directors Scott and Robert Barron sought the protection of the court last Friday afternoon and told *The Sunday Business Post* that the decision had been taken due to the high rental costs weighing on the business.
