PAC warns Moriarty over tribunal costs issue delay

The PAC is to relay its concerns to Mr Justice Michael Moriarty that third party submissions on legal costs from the Moriarty Tribunal should not be unduly delayed.

The Public Accounts Committee (PAC) is to relay its concerns to Mr Justice Michael Moriarty that third party submissions on legal costs from the Moriarty Tribunal should not be unduly delayed.

The secretary general of the Department of the Taoiseach, Martin Fraser, agreed at a meeting of the committee last week to write to Moriarty outlining the view of the PAC on a timely submission on third party costs.
