Oyster homes gets green light for €100m development in Athenry

Oysterhomes, the property development company owned by construction multi-millionaire Eamon Conneely, will begin work on a new €100million development in Athenry, Co Galway, in the next two weeks.

Oysterhomes, the property development company owned by construction multi-millionaire Eamon Conneely, will begin work on a new €100million development in Athenry, Co Galway, in the next two weeks.

The Galway company received the green light from An Bord Pleanala in recent weeks for the project, which will be called the New Quarter. The development will be built on a 16-acre site adjacent to the river Clarin in the centre of Athenry.
