Owners launch second attempt to sell Liffey Valley

The owners of the Liffey Valley shopping centre in Dublin are making a second attempt to sell the centre after failing to receive the bids they had hoped for.

The owners of the Liffey Valley shopping centre in Dublin are making a second attempt to sell the centre after failing to receive the bids they had hoped for. The owners have instructed estate agents DTZ and Savills to market the scheme again, but negotiations are understood to be continuing with at least one interested party.
