Owner of Reton faces ruin as firm collapses

The director of a Dublin technology group that collapsed earlier this month with debts of almost €6 million says he is facing financial ruin.

Michael Doyle,owner of the Reton Technology group, told the firm's creditors that he had remortgaged his family home twice and taken out personal loans tokeep his technology and consultancy company afloat.

“Unfortunately, I have no further source of revenue to contribute, and, if I had, I would. I now face financial ruin,” he said.

RetonTechnologies and two related companies were wound up at a meeting of the firm's creditors earlier this month...
