Ireland’s first adoption agency to be accredited under the Hague Convention on intercountry adoption will be launched by children’s minister Frances Fitzgerald tomorrow.

Arc Adoption, which was set up by Shane Downer, provides mediation and facilitation services to applicants approved to adopt from overseas.
