Just Mary: A Memoir

It's dryly apposite that Mary O'Rourke's memoir should be published by Gill & MacMillan, an imprint with a long and rich history that is probably best known for its countless educational textbooks. A disproportionate number of our elected public representatives are teachers by trade - including the current Taoiseach - and O'Rourke, more than anyone else, is the acme, the personification, of this phenomenon.
