Last week’s launch of the Mark II version of developer Joe O’Reilly had echoes of a phoenix-like resurrection. Less than three hours after Nama announced the sale of his Project Jewel loans, O’Reilly himself announced that he would start work on the development of 190 apartments on the Clyde (Berkeley Court) Hotel site in Ballsbridge early in 2016.
