Developer Jerry O’Reilly is a 50 per cent shareholder in a company that has shareholders’ funds of €29.7 million, according to accounts recently lodged with the Companies Office. Belltrap recently filed accounts for the year ended November 30, 2004. It shows that the company had fixed assets of €68.5 million and retained profits of €11.8 million on that date.
