Oregan in Sheffield investment of over €47m

Irish-geared pension syndicate Oregan Financial has exchanged contracts to purchase Carmel House at 49-63 Fargate in Sheffield for €47.08 million.

Irish-geared pension syndicate Oregan Financial has exchanged contracts to purchase Carmel House at 49-63 Fargate in Sheffield for €47.08 million.

The company is using a vehicle called Oregan Financial Exempt Unit Trust to acquire the building from Hermes Property Unit Trust.

The purchase price represents an equivalent yield of around 4.2 per cent.
