The Office of Public Works (OPW) has lodged an application to create a new public entrance to Aras an Uachtaráin, President Mary McAleese's official residence in the Phoenix Park in Dublin.

The Office of Public Works (OPW) has lodged an application to create a new public entrance to Aras an Uachtaráin, President Mary McAleese's official residence in the Phoenix Park in Dublin.

The OPW has also applied to install a lift that would serve four floors of the east wing and main house.
