At one time it was the market leader in Ireland, but Opel has now slipped to sixth on the top-seller list.

Opel Ireland's newly-appointed managing director, David Sheeran, says he intends to reverse the slide with the new Opel range, which he believes is the most comprehensive yet. It includes the new Astra and a heavily revised Zafira, due out later this year.
